Lok smiled and went to one of the ice door. Shoving with all his might, trying to get the beatiful doors to open.

As the doors slowly heaved open, a layer of dust marked small footprints across the huge icy room. "Someones been here recently..." Rose noted, looking up to see what was inside the room.

"Whoah." She mouthed, her eyes wide at the bright glowing crystals hanging from the high cieling, illuminating piles and piles of gold and silver burying what almost looked like buildings made of ice.

"How the heck does a city fit under a hill...?" She asked, her eyebrow raised as she walked further into the room. "And this place is too fancy to be a trolls lair." She added, getting a slightly uneasy feeling in the cvern.

"Be careful, something seems off about this place." She said, turning to Lucky.

Lok stared and looked around, "this is amazing." He whispered, before looking to Rose and nodded. Heading in and gripped his knife harder, looking around as he stepped inside.

Rose continued to look around the buried city, trying to think what could possibly have enough sheer power to create a city of ice underneath a small snowy hill. Maybe the maze had sloped downhill? No, this much they would have noticed.
She shrugged it off, probably a strong magician. Hopefully a friendly one.
"Im gonna climb up to get a better view." She said, scrambling up the steep hill. Climbing up all the gold was like walking up a sand dune, but she reached the top, to see the elegently carved top of the tower, and reached up to touch the cieling of the cavern, with the glowing ice like the sun.

Glancing over to the west, she could just make out a figure walking through the streets. She looked back at Lucky and gestured for him to follow, quietly.

Lok nodded and followed Rose's lead, catching up with her as quick as he could. Seeing the person, only as they got closer. It became clear that they had wings, but that wasn't all. Lok whispered to Rose, "do you think that is a wyvern?" He looked at the horns and wings, if you can call them that. If it had a tail, it was hidden underneath tail of the guys' outfit.

The prince also couldn't tell what color the skin was, either it was color of thin ice on a like or that was the color of an outfit under his outfit. Something that he could see both being the case of and looked to Rose. Wondering what she thought.

"Dont know." Rose said quietly, "never seen a wyvern, but its not a sprite or a human or anything." She said, raising an eyebrow trying to make out more of their features.

"We have two options. Reveal ourselves and hopes its friendly, or try and sneak out now." She said, letting Lucky decide.

Lok eyes widened, whispering "lets sneak out know. If anything happens, no one even knows we are here. I'd get punished if they found out I left the city early, the animals wouldn't go back without us, and you have the contest. Like you said we don't know if it is friendly or not. So we can come back later," Waiting for Rose's opinion.

Rose nodded, getting ready to make her way back down when they head a large crack coming from the ice building the pile was leaning on. She had just enough time to grab Luckys arm and pull them inside a window of the building, hopefully shielding them from the large crash that was gong to follow as the building toppled over, the entire pile of treasure coming down with it like a domino topple.

Lok squeezed his eyes closed and waited for the impact. Only it never came, he opened his eyes and saw that the building hadn't collapsed. Wondering what happened, he peaked out of the window and saw the wyvern not as far off and looking in their direction. It's hands up as it must have been using magic to fix the building as it broke and replace the pile the way it was suppose to go.

Lok gaped, "that is so cool!" He exclaimed as quietly as he possibly he could.

"Rose smirked, seeing Lox's expression before she glanced out the window to see the wyvern still staring in their direction.
"Think it saw us?" She aked quietly, not wanting to risk trying to talk to it if it hadnt seen them.

Lok shrugged, "how should I know? What I know about Wyverns are from books and never thought I would see one in clothes, who knows what he knows or saw." He whispered and was trying to decide what to do.
